Very piney. Not overwhelming, but harder to use for mixed drinks.

Love it. Tastes so fresh. A little Smokey, nice spice.

You can replicate this aroma and taste really easy. Here’s how: go to a local garden center, take a handful of pine needles; then go to a grocery store, and get some fennel. Combine both. Smell it, then eat it. Voila! I had bought a bottle of this just to try something different. Yeah... it’s different. Update 3/11: I had an ounce with a glass of ginger ale and ice...taste damn good in that mix. Much better than neat
