Ok, classic Beam profile. Dusty peanuts, well aged oak, char, pan cooked caramel on the nose. Hot, nose-hair singing pipe tobacco and ethanol. Cherries?
Hits hot and fast with an oily mouthfeel but not as much burn as Bookers. A dance of oak, vanilla, caramels, red hots, apples and the an long fading finish of bing cherries that brighten as it goes on.
This is good. Atmosphere in mind, I’m sitting at OBC fully vaccinated I’m early spring. Beam white label would be delicious under these conditions. This is heavenly. It makes me want to chew on red hits, step on peanut shells and punch a guy.
