Baker's Single Barrel Bourbon 7 Year

My first true 5.0!! This is so creamy, so delicious. I love Jim Beam products. I love all whiskey products but this is my new absolute favorite

Spicy, nutty, hints of vanilla. This bottle was aged 7 years, 10 mos. Solid pickup since it’s back on the shelves in VA. I am glad I got it but would probably buy something else similarly priced next time.

Caramel bomb.

Mine was aged almost 9 years (8yr 10mo) and had a perfect barrell perfuminess. Not too strong but drfinitely there. Definitely getting warm peanut brittle. Not spicy at all.

This just falls really flat for me and I generally like Lnob products. Maybe this was just a bad barrel, but its a lot if heat and just not a lot of flavor. Came in last among a 4 play Beam blind of their higher proof products including two cheaper options (OGD 114 and Beam SiB 107). Disappointing.
