Spicy oaked leather upfront with a warm finish.

Strong cinnamon, vanilla, baking spices

A little too bitter and medicinal for me, but relatively smooth- vanilla, oak and baking spices.

Nose: Very nutty. Caramel & vanilla in the background with a little bit of baking spice. Palate: Deep caramel and vanilla, followed by a flash of rye spice and peppercorn. Finish: The nuttiness from the nose returns, accompanied by oak and vanilla. A warmth comes through with the finish and a flash of heat from the proof. Thoughts: Very solid pour. One I would buy again!
