Balcones Baby Blue

A little banana, cinnamon, and corn in the nose. Butter and corn or popcorn on the palette, and then some cinnamon spiciness. Buttered corn or even a hint of candy corn shows up in the finish. It’s an unusual flavor for me. It’s okay, but I won’t be buying a full-size bottle. $4.79 for a 50 ml sample bottle at Total Wine & More.

Light, soft

Tasting neat: Nose is full of bananas foster and wood. Palate brings so much vanilla and cream and soft caramel, with slight floral notes. Finishes smooth and creamy with slight heat and wood spice.
