Balcones FR. OAK Texas Single Malt

I love this whiskey. It's everything that makes Texas Whiskey great. Robust, full flavor, and plenty of oak. It's a must have from the lone star state.

Overpriced

Sweet on the nose smells like raisins. Lot of heat with the high proof. Sweet and rich with baking spices and brown butter. Long finish with a touch of charcoal.

Not a fan of some of balcones pricing. But this thing is pretty complex. Medium-longish finish.
