This is the debut expression of Pilgrimage—a line of Texas Single Malts from Balcones Distilling in Waco that explores themes of exploration. It is made with Golden Promise malted barley and aged in used whiskey casks. It is then finished in Sauternes dessert wine barrels.
It is bottled at 58.5% ABV and available as of July, 2021. .
