Stewart begins by selecting the casks of single malts which aged in traditional American oak and European oak casks, and in this case they aged separately for 25 years. Then he married the two casks together in traditional oak tuns to mingle. This 25 Year Rare Marriages bottling is bottled without chill-filtration at 48% ABV.
