On the nose, stewed peaches and apricots reminiscent of a day-old, unsweetened pie with a touch of soft honey. The taste continues the pastry sensations adding a hint of flaky crust and baked sugar crystals. The alcohol burn is more prevalent then might be expected at 43%, but the aftertaste is wonderful with the golden honey lingering in a lovely fashion.
