Nose: nail polish, vanilla, spicy Palate: caramel finish

Raspberry compote and cinnamon with oak spice

The nose is sweet and spicy with caramel, toffee, and barrel wood spice. The palate is quite complex, with creme brûlée and more caramel, undertones of currants and red apple, and a hot finish. A couple drops of water refine the finishes sharp edges and end the sip with a warm mouthfeel of vanilla and pine trees. Further sips bring forth leather, the toffee from the nose, and even a slight hint of licorice.

Cherry and delicious…this stuff is even a little better than 4 and that was great!
