Very young tasting

Definitely rye forward with the spice, but has a bourbon delicateness that really shows with the finish. It is complex, as others have mentioned. I think it is a fine pick-up sub $60.

This one is a flavor explosion. When I picked up the bottle in the store I was originally skeptical because I like at least 100 proof. Upon sipping, I am glad they proofed it as it is. What an incredible mix fruity nutty flavors! This juice might as well be a charcuterie board in bourbon form. A must try.
