"Barrell's Batch 023 is big in every way, coming in at cask strength with rich, round notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and butterscotch, leading up to hints of hazelnut and nutmeg on the finish. This whiskey is complex and sweet enough to enjoy at proof, though a few drops of water do open it up -- and it would likely make an excellent Old Fashioned, too."
