A lot of punch but a bit young, apparently it's a blend of different ages? Worth a sip for sure, will warm you up on a chilly night.

Nose: honey, hay, apple, brown sugar, caramel, cinnamon, oak, vanilla, quite heady, a spicy apple oie baked in a barn Taste: flavors carry through from the nose with mixed nuts, pastry, plenty of sugar balanced by wood and leather Finish: long, warm and spicy but mellowed with fruit and a trace of salt
