Here, BCS begins by blending straight bourbon whiskeys from Indiana (aged 5-9 & 11 years), Kentucky (aged 5 & 8 years), Tennessee (aged 9 & 15 years), and Wyoming (aged 9 years). Then the blend gets finished in ice wine barrels.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is juicy and spicy, with aromas of fresh pressed apple juice (cider), grape juice, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger and a hint of allspice and anise. The palate is surprisingly caramel-nut forward, with a medium weight viscosity carrying stewed fruit flavors—Macintosh apple, plum, and green grapes. Sweet spices fold into the finish, which is like a spiked, slightly tart, mulled cider. "
