I enjoy this the slightest bit less than Seagrass but this is still excellent - really quite exceptional! Batch 1 - 114.44 proof

Predominately wood notes, even piney. Tart, bright fruit. Medium body. Spice builds as you go. Finish is spicy/piney wood notes, leather, tobacco. Medium duration.

She’s a beautiful 114.44 proof, is fruity, spicy, and different. Notes of red fruit throughout the nose and taste. Then spice hits and lingers. Followed by the Japanese wood, albeit subtle but noticeable-in a good way. Cask strength is not overwhelming, nor does it get lost with the different finishes. It’s rare when a bourbon lives up to anticipation, let alone maybe surpasses expectations.
