Barrell Whiskey American Vatted Malt November 20, 2019

Sweet and caramel on the nose. Orange flavor and a little floral. Very smooth for its ABV and overall was great on ice.

Nose: apples, citrus, ethanol Palate: barley, peanuts, butterscotch Finish: very short, some oak Better than I was expecting...similar flavor profile to Evan Williams Bottled in Bond despite the differences in mashbill and cost. Edit: getting some heavy malty funk that’s off putting.

A little smokier than expected but still really good
