Nose: peanuts, caramel, sharp rye spice Palate: peanut brittle, oak, barrel char Finish: spicy, ethanol kick Classic nutty Beam flavor (more so than KC Rye) with a kick. A bit hot, even considering the proof, but will probably mellow over time.

Cask #338 Distilled 2009 bottled 2022 Nose: plum, apricot, motor oil Palate: very viscous, caramel, campfire smoke Finish: long, green apple, pine, sherry, ash Powerful, complex, and delicious. Opens up nicely with a few drops of water.
