London Dry Gin
Beefeater // England
Following a trip to Japan, where tea is an important part of the food culture, Master Distiller Desmond Payne was inspired to create this expression that was released in October 2008. It's named "24," in reference to the number of hours the botanicals are steeped in the spirit. Made at their distillery in London, the 12 botanicals used in this gin are: juniper, Japanese sencha tea, Chinese green tea, grapefruit peels, lemon peels, almond, Seville orange peel, coriander seed, orris root, licorice root, angelica root, and angelica seed. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
