Beefeater's Burrough's Reserve Gin

Released in 2013, Beefeater's Borrough's Reserve Gin was rested in barrels of oak. Using the founding father's original recipe created in 1860, this limited edition expression is distilled in James Burrough's original "still number 12," a unique 268-litre (71 gallon) copper pot still. It is then rested in French barrels previously used to makeJean de Lillet, and aperitif wine. It is bottled at 43% ABV.
Barrel-Aged GinGin which spends some time in barrels, generally not more than a few months at a time, although there is no legal definition for this style.
