Tasting Notes
"Find rye spice and oak on the nose, with minty and medicinal notes along with brown sugar. Soft entry to the palate it soon opens up big, with vanilla, cloves and nutmeg, and a bit of a sharp, astringent side. Finish is rich, hearty, and long, offering warming notes with a distinct Cognac influence. Let this one open up for a few minutes in the glass, or drop in some water."
