Their standard Belle Meade Bourbon was finished for several months in two casks which held natural honey from artisan producers TruBee Honey in Tennessee. The limited distillery-only release included 300 bottles, proofed at either 113.

Tasting Notes
"The nose offers brown sugar, vanilla, hay and char, with more of a floral influence than honey—wild flowers in bloom and rosebuds. The palate starts a bit hot, and the honey hits here immediately while also offering a mouth-coating viscosity, with flavor notes of oak, cherry pie, crème brûlée, and burnt orange peel. The finish stays on a dessert track with Luxardo cherries, along with spearmint, black pepper, leather, and baking spices. "
