Belle Meade Reserve Bourbon

Thin, almost seems to evaporate when it hits the tongue, but the heat sticks around for the perfect amount of time

Nose is rich and sweetwith a good dose of spice. Its vanilla and carsmel forward thst wuickly transitions to pepper and spice. The finish is long, the heat and spoce give way to more earthy tobacco and leather. The mouthfeel is a little heavy - oily and viscous.

Lots of flavors I think I just really like the mashbill of 30% rye
