Belle Meade Reserve Bourbon

This is starting to open up really nicely.

Strong cherries and some vanilla on the nose. Noticeably complex. Oily palate of cinnamon and rye spice with a long finish. Some of the best outside KY.

Nice bourbon notes, I like the oily mouth feel! Very smooth for its proof. Decent, non dry, finish. I grabbed this one looking for something available and different and it fits the bill on both counts.

Rich and flavorful. Caramel and vanilla. Great viscosity and long finish. A really great surprise after not being impressed with the standard Belle Meade.
