The first whiskey released from the historic Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri since its renovation in 2015, this six year expression qualifies as both a Bottled-in-Bond and a genuine Missouri Bourbon, meaning it was mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled in the state, using locally grown corn and barrels manufactured in Missouri. Made from a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% soft red wheat, and 12% malted barley, it is bottled non-chill filtered at 100 proof.
