Reviewed August 16, 2020An absolute treat, the nose is more like an older whisky. It has so much going on, the sherry is right up front. Rich vanilla, dark dried fruits but not overbearing. I don't pick up the smoke, maybe after the bottle gets some oxidation. Non chill filter but doesn't say if it's had color added, pretty dark. 57%ABV at 10 years. A winner in my books.Maple Ridge -

Reviewed March 24, 2020Nose is caramel pears vanilla and light smoke, cured meats Palate is gingery peppery and a strong kick the abv takes no prisoners. Rich sherry Finish is medium and leathery with prolonged smoke The new version of this Batch 1 is superb and That’s probably effecting my rating here a little.
