Tasting Notes
"The classic Benromach peat smoke and sweetness immediately catch the eye, accompanied by a barbecue-esque meatiness, as well as blueberries and plums. There's some soft notes of stewed pears too. The palate is somewhat pepper-y with lingering smoke and soot, as well as bacon and milk chocolate. Not very fruity, yet there's a hint of Maraschino cherries. The Château Cissac cask and the Benromach spirit work really well together."
