Benromach Contrasts: Organic is a small batch Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky produced by Benromach Distillery. The whisky is made from 100% organic barley grown locally in Speyside and is certified organic by the UK Soil Association. In contrast to the distillery’s lightly peated core range, this release is unpeated.
It is matured entirely in virgin oak casks and is bottled without chill-filtration. Part of the Benromach Contrasts series, it explores variations in raw materials and maturation to showcase alternative styles within the distillery’s production.
