Benromach Peat Smoke 2005

Smells of peat tastes of fruits and finish smooth peat

The nose reminds me of grappa first. Then a little smoke like campfire, grapes, vanilla, caramel, white chocolate Palate is powerful, smoky and still that grappa taste to me. Long finish a bit burning A bit disappointed but it's just the 2nd try, I'll let the bottle in a side a be back later on it.

Nose: smoke, fresh fruit (mainly apple), peppermint Palate: clean smoke, apples, pepper, honey, dry wood on the finish Benefits from some water and letting it sit in the glass to open up
