Nose: butter, malty, biscuits, brine, vegetal peat Taste: follows the nose, brine and vegetal peat, a bit hot (brash), white pepper, green banana Finish: more pepper heat, some salty licorice Overall quite good, tastes a bit young

N: very fresh, green apples and oranges, sweet (honey) T: follows the nose, honey and lots of fresh fruit, complemented by dark chocolate. Vibrant.

Batch A119. Tasted in a glencairn with a couple of tsp of water. On the nose: very sweet, cherry and marmalade candy Taste: strong, oak and dark cherry marmalade, vanilla and cinnamon spice, cool menthol when going towards a dry finish.
