Bernheim 7 Year Original Wheat Whiskey

A smooth, lightly toasted whiskey, easy to pick up vanilla and a subtle sweetness like honey. I pick up a little burn or alcohol forward feel that settles with a bit of water, or a few sips in. It is worth sipping as the flavors of oak and the malt from the wheat come out if you let it roll over your palate. It really grew on me over the night.
