Smooth. Vanilla and caramel.

Vanilla, caramel, and burnt orange up front. Tannins, leather, and pepper on the finish. To me, it’s almost too smooth, I wouldn’t mind a little more bite.

Smoother than 6 year, richer caramel, more oak, loses some of the nutty-ness, little bit of floral notes after a couple sips, long finish
