Tasting Notes
"Right from the get-go the nose is strong with young, underdeveloped notes of dried grass and underaged barley. Flavor is very interesting, the notes of apricot and caramel seem to fight each other a bit instead of being fluid and building. An underlying note of sweet ginger is very welcoming and leads to medium finish of scorched cinnamon and dried vanilla. "
