Tasting Notes
"A light nose, more subtle than you'd expect from a 91 proof whiskey. Honeysuckle, vanilla pound cake, and Jordan almonds are discernible behind a pretty good hit of alcohol. On the palate, vanilla and caramel show with a nice full bodied oak tone, more Jordan almonds and Seville orange before a cinnamon and alcohol heat comes rushing in. The finish is quick and hot, with the cinnamon and alcohol heat moving off to reveal peppermint, burnt toast and milk chocolate at the very end. "
