Big nose Kate

My partner gifted me this on a trip to new mexico. stuff is actually pretty damn good, ive seen it around but never jumped on it. A blend of malt and rye and has both attributes. oaky and robust up front with the standard rye herbal, spice. Would recommend to anyone getting into rye and i think this could make some solid old fashions

Nice and surprisingly smooth

First try, not bad for the price point but stays in that price point.

Weird and I'm here for it. Starts like a rye and evolves into a Lowland scotch. Let it open up.

First sniff has notes of vanilla and fruit notes. First sip starts smooth with notes of toffee, vanilla and buttery oak. Finishes with a slight spice that lingers on the back of tongue and has a nice burn finish on the tongue.
