Tasting Notes
"Really savory, with a good amount of salty sea spray, and whispers of fruit (lemon, banana). The nose is slightly earthy too. The wood smoke is very present, yet subtle and never too intrusive. Oiliness and creaminess on the palate, with a hint of olive brine, but also citrus, licorice root, and a good amount of wood smoke, with subtle peat. Overall pretty elegant compared to some of the Big Peat NAS releases, which depending on your preference is either a positive or a negative."
