Tasting Notes
"BMH is known for its rich, deep flavors and this release is no exception. It's weighty, but balanced in all the right places. Cereal sweetness, somewhat nutty, a touch of golden apple fruit, pleasantly leathery, and a hint of spice to rounds it out. 16 years is considered old for a bourbon, but it wears the age well. A tough catch in the wild, but worth the hunt."
