Black Maple Hill Limited Edition Purple Label

Kind of a strange pour. A very faint nose, but you pick up hinta of floral notes, cloves, and perhaps even fresh dough. The palate starts off with the same floral notes from the nose and then adds some vanilla and some oak spice. Finish fades quickly and is quite dry. Reminds me most of the Willett Pot Still, but not as engaging.

Tons of oak. No age statement but drinks like 10-12 year. Thoroughly enjoying and would seek out again
