Black Ridge Kentucky Straight Bourbon

This is a warm and inviting bourbon. Needs just a splash of water and little more. The barrels wafts are smoky and there are caramel notes. At first crack of the bottle, I was not impressed but over time have come to appreciate this bourbon.

Nice for the price point. Nothing spectacular. Smooth, not much spice. Woody. Passable and enjoyable but not especially memorable.

Complex, great on the rocks!!

Nothing exciting. Bit sweet, a bit woody, and not much finish.

Soft and smooth. Peanut with a floral note. Hint of honey.
