Sweet up front, slight brine on the back. Take that first sip and hold it to get rid of any burn. Wish the brine was a bit stronger to give it a salted caramel taste while retaining the bite. Overall-great. No regrets. Would seek it out after getting it as a gift!

Not bad. I get the cherry and butterscotch on the nose. Alcohol taste here dampens some of the other flavors but I’d return to this for a budget bourbon or better cocktail mixer. Not my favorite but not bad at all.

Pass on this. It’s fine for cocktails-you’ll mostly taste the mixer(s). Not smooth, with that alcohol taste/burn. Spend the extra money to go up a price point so you don’t have regrets.

Really enjoyable. The first release from Still that hasn’t tasted too alcoholy (as in, rubbing). Great for cocktails and fine on the rocks. A little sweet and overall a fine early bourbon.

Meh. Not what I prefer. Good for cocktails and not a bad choice for the price point.

Nice for the price point. Nothing spectacular. Smooth, not much spice. Woody. Passable and enjoyable but not especially memorable.

For the price point, it’s nice. After coming from Jura journey-it’s WAY better. Less alcohol taste (still there) and definitely sweet. Vanilla is present and orange/citrus is noticeable as well. Incredible? Nah. Better than decent for $30? You bet. An easy every day drinker if there was one.

Yeah..it’s not awful but it’s not great. A budget buy that tastes like a budget buy, unfortunately. Tastes like a blend. Would probably be better on the second or third pass or on rocks/with water.

I’d come back to this. A bit of spice and great for a Saturday afternoon.
