Tasting Notes
"While the Knotter starts astringent, it mellows quickly into a lovely milk chocolatey cherry note. Complimenting that is a fresh floral bouquet. The cherry returns in the form of fruit leather on the palate. While this isn't oily or thick, it's definitely chewy and full while remaining milder and smoother than the nose suggested."
