Blaum Bros. Straight Bourbon

Hint of chocolate. Decent. Not great. $50 a bottle is brutal.

Nose: honey and fresh linens Mouthfeel: light and airy Palette: more honey, sweetened green, imaged oak Finish: mid to long. Definitely long for it’s age, mild and immensely pleasurable

Hints of chocolate and licorice I can get down with this. Thanks for the taste Scott !

Very oak forward, reminds me of Jim Beam in the peanut-y quality. Not bad, but probably wouldn’t seek it out.

Nothing special

Neat. Nose is spicy caramel. Taste is sweet and spicy burnt caramel with a sweet spice finish. Pretty good but drinks hotter the then 100 proof to me.
