"You can tell this one's a fighter on the nose with a fiery heat showing from its proof, with aromas of vanilla, astringent oak, brown sugar, and cinnamon. The palate is hot with a chewy mouthfeel, showcasing vanilla bean, barrel char, spicy oak, and eucalyptus. A lengthy finish is rich with salted caramel, mint, and more oak. Adding a touch of water helps highlight dark chocolate and baking spices."
