Blaum Bros. Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 92% rye which is sourced from a single farm in Illinois. The remainder of the mash bill includes 5% smoked malt, and 3% malted barley. Aged for a minimum of four years in 53-gallon new, charred white oak barrels, the rye whiskey is bottled at 100 proof.

Tasting Notes
"Cloves lead off on a spicy nose, along with orange peel, vanilla pudding, and Maraschino cherries. The palate showcases leather and tannic oak, along with cedar chips, incense, mint, and burnt toast. The finish follows along a similar track, with coffee grounds, menthol, and chocolate-covered salted pretzels. "
