Blue Note 10 Year Single Barrel Reserve Bourbon

Nose: sweet rounded apricot and honey. Really enjoy this nose Palate: viscous creamy mouthfeel that leads into sweet notes of toffee and caramel. Sweeter than expected due to the proof with a lingering finish. Overall I enjoyed this more than I expected. The unique creaminess was enjoyable, and it didn’t have much heat for a 120 proof whiskey.

Neat from 10 year single barrel. Nose is oaky butterscotch. Taste is sweet caramel followed by spicy vanilla and a dry oaky finish.
