Lot going on. Dry, tannic, sunflower seeds, peanuts, smoke, woody, sawdusty. Super drying. Peppery and slightly hot on the finish.

Nose is telling me its high rye with that initial pickle note. Moves to herbal, vanilla, nutty with a little banana on the back. Good rye spice, caramel, green apple, chalky candy, with a pretty short finish. Solid but never trust a neck pour.
