Bluebird Distilling Four Grain Bourbon Whiskey

Pleasant sweetness and a hidden oak taste. The spice comes in right after the sweet and carries into the oaky finish. Update: I let this sit for a good 4 months and went back to it. That few months of getting a little air did wonders. The sweet turned into almost a sugar cane sweetness and it was very tasty.

Easy drinker. This whiskey would be a decent one for a new whiskey drinker. Not worth the $46 it cost.

Opened up nicely over 5 or 10 mins. Caramel, vanilla, toffee. Leather and herbs come out as it opens up.
