Bluebird Distilling Winter Whiskey

Delicious and smooth.

Very wheaty on the nose with a hint of baking spices. Palette is heavy on maple with stronger baking spices and a nice bit of heat. Finish is smooth with lingering maple. I would not use this in an old fashioned, but it is a great sipping bourbon.
