Bombay Sapphire Gin (47%)

The botanical taste is very mild—probably due to the vapor infusion. If you like tasting all the different botanicals, I’d pick another one. The taste is much more muted than other gins. It does taste great on the rocks, though! (If you’re wondering if it’s better than Tanqueray: Tanq is better if you’re getting a g&t.)
