Long oaky finish that winds through sweet corn and more herbs like oregano. Excellent proof for this expression -

Reviewed January 4, 2022Absolutely perfect in every way. The heavier char on the barrels is definitely present this year and the chinquapin oak adds unique flavor and depth not seen with other bourbons. Perfect proof (108) for neat sipping. Finish lingers to perfection. A+++ -

Reviewed December 31, 2021 (edited October 15, 2022)Neat. Nose is caramel vanilla. Taste is sweet vanilla oak with a spicy vanilla oak finish. Might be the most vanilla I’ve ever experienced in a bourbon.
