Nose: red wine nise? Fruity? Strawberry? Palette: sweet brown sugar, this is a rye? Cotton candy? This is good. Very subtle spearmint in the finish

Nose: apple cinnamon cheerios, ethanol Palette, dry start, the apple starts to make a presence, not too much rye presence, biy well balqnced

Nose: fruity, chocolate, maple syrup Palette: very muted, charred maple syrup, the wheat is hinted, some chocolate but not much sherry which is good! Slight caramel coming out

Nose: dark fruits like fig and raisin, some cereal notes Palette: strong fruit flavors, chocolate, slight rye like spoce, not herbal, some maple syrup some strawberry short cake This is fun!

Nose: sand wood, some nut scents Palette: vanilla, strong honey! Some raisin, medium body, some MGP graininess

Nose: peanut truffle, dark fruits, pecans Palette: very fruity, some nutty profile, very soft, strong wine on the finish

Nose: kettle corn, vanilla Palette: grainy up front, unlike the 86 proof version. Similar to a HH wheat. Mid palette has an herbal presence, not a strong rye, but oregano. Back end is more herbal, there are notes of oak, more so than tannins. There is an underlying sweetness to it. The 86 proof version is more approachable Adding some water really opens up the sweeter flavors.

Note: dark fruits like fig, burnt caramel, Palette: typical rye cracker flavor, strong spearmint, fig, raisin, sweet fig paste finish. Very subtle sherry in the finish, knob creek backbone

Note: cereal, maple syrup Palette: maple fudge? Spearmint, herbal, soft tannins, good viscous body

Nose: banana bread, chocolate, vurnt caramel Palette: sarsaparilla, american single malt character, rye spice with peppermint in the mid palate, subtle vanilla cola in the finish. Dark fruit with tannins in the finish
