Like a maple syrup cherry bomb

Nose: sweet raisin and fig Palette: heqvy toast and maple syrup up front some subtle baking spices, toasted marshmallow finish

Nose: soft vailla and cherry, some cola Palette: brown sugar, more cola (strong) vanilla, tannins start to come through, fruity dry finish. Good stuff!

Nose: milk chocolate, herbals boted, some tannins Palette: more of thot sweet milk chocolate, apple, some cinnamon, nutmeg, there is a slight rye spice in the finish with baking spices, more swetness oak in the finish. Crushable.

Nose: strawberry, cotton candy, floral Palette: sweet up front, not much depth, some nuttiness.

53.2% Nose: unripe banana, grassy, dark fruits Palette: cinnamon sweetness up front, cotton candy, pear, mid has some baking spices and mint but the finish has this awesome cherry note that i love. Cordial cherry. Lingers too. So good Barton profile, great barrel selection.

Nose: campfire and citrus Palette: smooe upfront but once it fades, notes of honey, graham cracker, lemon, apricot. Medium long finish, tingles the tongue

Nose: cotton candy and oak Palette: sweet corn, cedar, more sweet oak, maple syrup finish

Seelbachs barrel 382 bottle 119 112.4 proof Nose: grainy, marshmallow, bread Palette: sweet up fromt, vanilla syrup, mid palette exposes toast and berry notes. Buttery finish with some tannins, maybe slight rye spice.
